T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide is now free

Whenever you check out deals on group buying sites, there is this timer that tells you just how much time you have left to snag that deal. The same more or less applies to T-Mobile’s latest myTouch 4G Slide, where we know that it will be going for free – never mind if you pick up either black or white colors, over on a web-only promotion that ends later this Thursday. Seems to be the perfect handset for first time smartphone users, or for folks who want to make an upgrade without having to fork out any more dough than they should.

Just to recap, the myTouch 4G Slide was recently released officially, where it will arrive on T-Mobile later this month with a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor as well as a slide-out QWERTY keyboard that ensures you are able to type nicely and in a jiffy without all those typos associated with virtual keyboards.

Yesterday, we told you that T-Mobile USA will be launching Samsung Dart on June 15th along with HTC Sensation 4G. Today they officially launched the Sensation 4G, and also the Samsung Dart. As we told you, Samsung Dart is an entry level Android handset and it comes with some low-end but good specs. It comes with Swype keyboard as well as Video messaging. The phone comes with a 2 GB SD card included and it's expandable up to 32 GB, a 3 MP camera, 3.5 MM headset jack, GPS with navigation capability and some other good features.
The phone is available for free on a 2-yr contact and you can buy it for only $179 without contract. Well, as it's an entry level device, I think the price tag is so reasonable.
